Delivery Costs

For orders above GBP 60  and weighing under 19kg we offer FREE DELIVERY with APC Overnight or Parcel2GO in the United Kingdom. NOTE:  Parcells that weight over 20kg can be split in two or more individual packages and will be charged accordingly. For instance, an order weighing 35kg will be charged as two separate packages: one for weight up to 20kg (including courier box weight) and the second one for a weight  of 15kg.

Last updated 19/02/21 at 12:26 PM Effective Saturday 14th  March 2020: In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, and in order to protect the safety of both consignees and the delivery drivers, we have temporarily relaxed the requirement of Clause 5 (2)  and will be adopting the NO CONTACT DELIVERY PRACTICE. Consignees will not be required to personally sign the ePOD device or hard copy document, but will be required to provide their name verbally to the delivery driver whereby the driver will include this on the delivery record. Whereby a customer refuses to provide their name, the consignment will not be left with them but fall under the ‘refused goods’ process. The Customer’s attention is particularly drawn to the exclusions and limitations of Liability at Conditions 910 and 11 of these Conditions. Parcel2Go 

Get a parcel delivery quote With so many reputable delivery companies in operation, consumers have never had more freedom of choice when they need to get a courier quote. Delivery cost will be calculated using the shipping fees indicated on Parcel2Go website. This cost will be individually marked and added on the proforma invoice. In cases where we offer free delivery, the proforma will only contain the ordered goods.

Cash on Delivery 

You can also pay for the goods in national currency GBP, upon delivery through your door.  NOTE: This option is available for Stafford and Stoke on Trent ONLY.

Tariffs and Customs Taxes

If you are ordering from outside the EU please note that customs taxes and broker fees are not included in neither the item price nor the shipping charges. Any such tariffs are entirely the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, before placing your order. 

Changing your order

Within a few minutes of placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you want to change or cancel anything, please tell us as quickly as possible via e-mail to sales@teddyfisher.com

Goods return policy 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Additional non-returnable items:  – Gift cards  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)  — Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error  – Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@teddyfisher.co.uk. 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@teddyfisher.co.uk and send your item to: Teddy Fisher, 22-24 Waterloo Road, Stoke On Trent, ST6 3ES, United Kingdom. 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Teddy Fisher, 22-24 Waterloo Road, Stoke On Trent, ST6 3ES, United Kingdom  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over GBP 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
